IATSE Local 52 Grip Training, NJ
In partnership with the I.A.T.S.E. Local 52 Union, Reel Works is hosting an intensive training program to prepare New Jerseyans with the essential skills needed to work successfully on set as Grips for the state’s growing film and television industry.
What does it cost?
There is no fee for this program. Each trainee is paid a stipend to participate in the training.
Who should apply?
21+ years old
Legally eligible to work in the US
Must be a NJ Resident within a 70 miles radius (1.5 hours max) of Fort Monmouth
Have a desire to work in the TV and Film industry
A willingness to work long hours
Have experience using hand and power tools
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
